Saturday August 4th was a great day at The Farm. Mustard Seed Society joined Maps and Lakeside Hospice in a Thank You celebration for our county Vets and their families. We had about 45 folks who enjoyed fellowship, music, hotdogs, popcorn and horses. The kids enjoyed riding in our giant sand box arena. It was a pleasure to give a little back to those who have given us so much!
About Kandie
Kandie Magargee is the executive director of the Mustard Seed Society and a member of the staff. She has been working with horses for over 20 years and has been working with at risk children for almost 15 years.
Kandie is married with 2 children. She lives on a farm with 13 horses, 2 dogs and 3 cats.
Kandie was a nurse for 16 years. For many years, she trained and worked alongside Glenn Magargee, the founder of Mustard Seed. After Glenn's untimely passing in January 2020, Kandie assumed the responsibility of executive director for the Mustard Seed Society.
